Original Skiff is tethered to the classic east coast oyster bars and fish camps. We offer seafood-focused fare, including crudos, smoked fish, fresh market catches and a full raw bar. Our seafood is purchased from sustainably-minded fishmonger, Ethan Wood of Wood Mountain Fish and we believe that the best-tasting food is harvested in ways that are ecologically sound.
